- Sept 21, 12noon - car repair revving record 5 mins on white tablet
- Sept 20 - 9:40am - car repair recorded in white tablet
List and Compilation
- Jan. 24, 2024 - 6:30am - Neighbor blew alarm of the car; because the rooster were crowing at 95-301 lychee tree.
- Jan 10, 2024 - 9:45am - I discovered that my chainsaw, laying on the ground of the lanai back of the property, that was recently picked up from the shop, is missing. Requested the boys to look around, but found none.
- Dec 31 - 7am - 8am - Police showed up at our cul-de-sac and watched over our property for 30 mins.
- Dec 24 - 7am - 8am - The police talked to neighbor; and they stayed for an hour to catch the noise of the rooster. They waited to observe the farrows.
- Dec 13 - 3:25pm - Police came from a complaint that we are feeding a rooster and the rooster is making noise
- Dec 9 - 9pm - Officer Oshiro and Officer Chong knocked on our door because of complained of rooster noise.
- Nov 8 - 4:30 - 5:30am - Ray's dog barking continuously at 4:30am. Tina fell asleep eventually.
- Oct 5 - 9pm - 10:30pm - A dog neighbor was barking at the other side of the neighbor; two houses down.
- Oct 2 - 6:30am - Tina heard loud music at 6:30am, when Iris left. Tina woke up at 8:30am and the loud music was still on.
- Oct 1 - 7am - Played loud music from 6:42am to 7:30am, like heavy metal
- Sept 21 - 12pm - Tina heard a car repair revving in the neighbor's house. Tina recorded for 5 mins on white tablet
- Sept 20 - 9:40am - Tina heard again a car repair. She recorded the loud sound in the white tablet
- Sept 19 - 10pm - I recorded dog barking neighbor or 4 hours from 8pm - 12midnight
- Sept 14 - 10pm - I observed again the neighbor's dog barking for 20 mins
- Aug 22 - 1:30pm - complained humane society dog barking, officer R Church #2711, case # 04652386, call them back
- Aug 22 - 2pm - A said there was firework that popped by the pond at about 1am that woke them up, and another 5 mins after.
- July 31 - 8an, placed wires on bars
- July 30 -9am placed bars for fence again
- July 27 - 4pm stink eye to Anjali for moving bin to get in the car
- July 23 - 8am tied wood to connect trash bins together

- July 5 - cat liter is gone
- July 5 - removed fence but blocked with trash bins again and put up signs
- June 16 - According to the city, they sent a letter to the neighbor to site a violation of erecting a fence.
- June 3 - neighbors began constructing a make shift fence with caution tape.
- June 1 - 10:18pm - I heard a bang on the roof of the lanai. The rooster sound was coming from 95-301 Lychee tree. Upon inspection the next day, 2 bottles were found that seemed to have rolled out from the roof.
- May 30 - Neighbor crossed property chasing a rooster that came from the street to property. Neighbor stopped by the pond, 50 feet inside the property; 20 feet away from the front door of the house.
- May 25 - visited dept planning & permitting to secure copies of the title lands ingress and egress clause.
- April 29 - 9:30am - called 911 to report vehicle activities; allegedly fixing vehicles and using a private garage as a place of business for fixing vehicles. A follow up call was made to the city and county to request a copy of zoning if 95-302B was licensed as a garage auto repair. Business Name that appears on delivery boxes is "Tiki Cycles Unlimited"
- April 25 - 9:00am - two large vehicles entered the easement driveway and left their vehicles running for 4 minutes. Fumes were accompanied by laughing people.
- April 20 - 5:30pm - loud engine running and smelled gas in the property
- March 11 - 10pm - Truck SBO 987 parked adjacent to our garage at about 6;15pm, did a loud banging / dropping sound by our kitchen windows that rattled our guests Courtney, Althea, Ate Cion at the green grass and while inside our house.
- Feb 5, 2023 9:30pm - I told the family to never initiate any conversation and avoid any contact and relayed to them the situation.
- Feb 5, 2023 7:45am - I was moving the trashcan when Mr. Edsman came with an irate voice calling me "dickhead". He raised his voice and demanded to obey every rules they have in the easement. "You are being recorded, stupid!" I responded to have a civil conversation but Mr. Edsman gave threats of "you are being watched, recorded,..." etc. "Is that it?" I responded. I finished the altrication of "this conversation is over" and I moved away.
- Jan, 30, 2023 - Vehicles moved away from disputed property line
- Dec, 5, 2023 - Raymond Woo gave verbal permission to allow time to relocate the vehicle. "Please take your time, and thank you for responding" according to Ray.
- Dec, 3, 2023 - Received letter requesting to remove two vehicles
